The Varsity tabs Ty Ismailov as head of operations

The Varsity, an iconic quick-service restaurant in the South, has named Ty Ismailov as its new Vice President, Operations.

Ty has a rich background in leading operations efforts for both the restaurant industry and elsewhere, including stints as Raising Cane’s and Zio’s Italian Kitchen. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at Highland Ventures.

Phillip Stevens to lead supply chain efforts at Standard Elevator Systems

Standard Elevator Systems, a technology-driven elevator solution provider, has named Phillip Stevens as its new Vice President of Supply Chain.

Phillip joins the Standard Elevator Systems team after five years heading up supply chain operations at Hubbell Incorporated. Prior to that, he was director of supply chain for TAG and the strategic sourcing manager for JB Pointexder.

Elise Cambournac

The Greater Nashville Technology Council (GNTC), an organization focused on positioning the community as a leader in technology driven solutions, has chosen Elise Cambournac as its new President and CEO.

Before joining GNTC, Elise served as the assistant vice president, information technology security, operations and compliance for Parallon, overseeing a $1 billion division, leading more than 35 large-scale acquisitions and transitioning the company’s Identity and Access Management team to be the first fully remote team at the organization.

She also has worked as a consultant for several years, as well as president and CEO of ITTI PVT LTD.

Kesha James

Rollins, a global leader in pest management strategies and services, has named Kesha James as its new Director of Communications.

Prior to joining Rollins, Kesha accumulated a wealth of communications and leadership experience. She was the human resources and communications director for BrandSafway, as well as a strategist for transformation communications at UPS. She also was the director of internal communications for Invesco.

Jamie King

Zep Inc., the leader in maintenance and cleaning solutions, has chosen Jamie King as its next Sr. Human Resources Director.

Prior to joining Zep, Jamie served as human resources director at Kubota where she developed and led human resources strategy and initiatives in support of a multi-site business. She also led human resources efforts at Palfinger and Terex, guiding teams and developing and administering necessary programs and policies aligning the workforce with the goals of each company.

Rachael Raskovich

Resolution Medical, a premier medical device and component manufacturer, has hired Rachael Raskovich as its new Vice President of Talent and Culture.

She joins the Resolution Medical team after leading human resources efforts at Patterson Companies for more than five years, managing a team responsible for various corporate initiatives. She also was a director of human resources at St. Jude Medical, as well as working in human resources at various levels at G&K Services.

Dana Dial

We’re pleased to see that Zep Inc, the leader in maintenance and cleaning solutions, welcomes Dana Dial as its next Vice President, Accounting and Controller.

Prior to joining Zep, Dana was the corporate controller for Southeast Connections, as well as the director of general ledger, accounting and consolidations at The Weather Channel. She also tallied valuable accounting and leadership experiences at Spectrum Brands and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

DePriest Waddy

The Community Foundation of Northeast Georgia, a leading philanthropic organization in the state, has chosen DePriest Waddy as its new President and CEO.

DePriest has built an extensive career supporting communities and building organizational sustainability, including most recently as CEO of Families First. Before that, he was the executive director of the Jefferson County Committee for Economic Opportunity and the regional director of the United Way of Greater Atlanta.

Charu Kumar named Senior Vice President with LeasePlan

We’re thrilled LeasePlan, one of the nation’s leaders in fleet management leasing, has chosen Charu Kumar as its new Senior Vice President, Quality & Continuous Improvement.

Prior to joining LeasePlan, she was the vice president for business process improvement with Cor Partners, responsible for planning and executing key strategies and pursuing continuous improvement for all its divisions. She also served in leadership roles at Equifax, ING Nederland and SunTrust Bank.

Cory King selected as Quantic’s newest Vice President, Human Resources

We’re excited Cory King has been named Vice President, Human Resources for Quantic, a leader in the development of mission critical electronics.

Cory joins the Quantic leadership team after a stint as vice president, human resources with Lucid Energy Group where she was tasked with implementing a significant human capital strategy that professionalized employee offerings, drove DEI efforts and fundamentally transformed the company’s corporate culture. She’s also served in leadership roles at Heartland Payment Systems and American Energy Partners, and she’s worked in private practice as a lawyer.
