Medical Manufacturing Technologies names Herrara VP of Human Resources

Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT), a global provider of medical device manufacturing solutions, has chosen Enrique Herrera as its new Vice President of Human Resources.

Herrera comes to MMT after several roles leading human resources work at several prominent companies. Most recently, he was the director of human resources for North America at Lincotek, and he also served in leadership roles with Owens & Minor International, Haemonetics and Phillips.

Valerie Ford-Moraru

AllianceBernstein, an asset management company that offers industry-leading research and investment solutions, has named Valerie Ford-Moraru as Vice President, Senior Project Manager.

She joins the AllianceBernstein team after more than 15 years at ComputerShare, in both its U.S. and Canadian divisions. During her time there, Valerie worked in various analyst and manager roles, including time as the company’s global head of PMO.

Quantic Electronics names Brennan as its new Controller

Quantic Electronics, an industry leader in the development of electronics components, has chosen Jenifer Brennan to be its new Controller.

Jenifer joins Quantic Electronics after serving as the controller and director of financial reporting at Vine Oil & Glass where she guided all internal and external accounting and reporting during its transition to being a public company. She also led financial reporting, audit and accounting efforts at several other companies, including VIP Solutions Group, EXCO Resources and Fossil.

Terza named VP of Talent Acquisition at YMCA of Metro Atlanta

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta, an association of volunteers, members and staff, open to and serving all, with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body, has named Lauri Terza as its new Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

She joins the organization after a stint as the talent acquisition and recruitment leader for Enercon Services where she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the University Campus Recruitment and Engagement Program. Prior to that, Lauri was the senior manager, talent at Galt Pharmaceuticals where she helped grow the start-up company from four corporate employees to more than 50.

Alexander named director at Rollins

Rollins, a global leader in pest control and management, has named Chuck Alexander as its Director of Real Estate.

Chuck, a seasoned real estate veteran with ample experience in generating value through asset and transaction management, joins Rollins after a stint as vice president at The Trivium Group and roles leading asset management lease negotiations with Kroger, Wells Fargo and Wells Real Estate Funds.

MotoRad tabs Paul DiLisio as Global VP - Commercial

MotoRad, which is renowned for developing, manufacturing and supplies innovative thermostat, cap and engine management solutions for the automotive OEM, has named Paul DiLisio as its new Global Vice President – Commercial.

A season Level 5 professional with a proven track record of engineering, sales and management experiences, Paul brings a stellar slate of experiences to MotoRad. He served as vice president of sales and marketing at Red Valve Company, directing a global team responsible for all commercial aspects for the company, and he also served as senior vice president for global OE sales and program management at Dayco Products.

Paul also has held director of sales and marketing positions with various companies, including SKF and Magna Powertrain.

The Varsity tabs Ty Ismailov as head of operations

The Varsity, an iconic quick-service restaurant in the South, has named Ty Ismailov as its new Vice President, Operations.

Ty has a rich background in leading operations efforts for both the restaurant industry and elsewhere, including stints as Raising Cane’s and Zio’s Italian Kitchen. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at Highland Ventures.

Phillip Stevens to lead supply chain efforts at Standard Elevator Systems

Standard Elevator Systems, a technology-driven elevator solution provider, has named Phillip Stevens as its new Vice President of Supply Chain.

Phillip joins the Standard Elevator Systems team after five years heading up supply chain operations at Hubbell Incorporated. Prior to that, he was director of supply chain for TAG and the strategic sourcing manager for JB Pointexder.

Elise Cambournac

The Greater Nashville Technology Council (GNTC), an organization focused on positioning the community as a leader in technology driven solutions, has chosen Elise Cambournac as its new President and CEO.

Before joining GNTC, Elise served as the assistant vice president, information technology security, operations and compliance for Parallon, overseeing a $1 billion division, leading more than 35 large-scale acquisitions and transitioning the company’s Identity and Access Management team to be the first fully remote team at the organization.

She also has worked as a consultant for several years, as well as president and CEO of ITTI PVT LTD.
