Lewis named Plant Manager at Zep

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Lenny Lewis on his new position as Plant Manager with Zep Inc., a prominent leader in specialty chemical goods.

Having served in a similar position at Henkel, Lenny has proven expertise in creating and implementing effective strategies that promote a culture of ongoing growth and improvement. His leadership in his previous role led to the successful operation of a manufacturing facility with high levels of efficiency and safety.

Rudolf named General Manager at BlueLinx

BlueLinx, a premier wholesale distributor of building and industrial products, has named Dan Rudolf as its General Manager.

Rudolf has experience as a general manager of Builders FirstSource/ProBuild, a Fortune-500 building supplier and manufacturer, where he led operations serving markets in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin. In the role, he oversaw all administrative, financial, operational and sales elements of the facility.

Rudolf also has served as manufacturing operations director at Walters Building and regional operations manager at First Supply, building a list of skills including employee training, inventory management billing and more.

Fowler named Business Development Manager at Thought Logic

Thought Logic, one of the nation’s leading business consultancies, has named Lindsay Fowler as its Business Development Manager.

Lindsay led business development efforts at Tropic, as well as various leadership roles at SalesLoft where she helped small businesses elevate revenues through implementation of sales engagement technology. She also has experience in the automated insurance verification space, where she worked as a sales development representative.

Lindsay also significantly enhanced recruiting efforts at Advanced Care Pediatrics, onboarding more than 100 RNs, LPNs and CNAs.

Walden named Head of People at TaxSlayer

TaxSlayer, one of the nation’s largest tax solutions providers, has named Paige Walden as its new Head of People.

Walden joins TaxSlayer after leading human resources and corporate culture efforts at several companies, including time as the global HR director, MMS at Morgan Chemicals where she led all human resources efforts for her division. Prior to that role, she served as the company’s Group Head of Reward overseeing all elements of its compensation efforts.

She also led human resources work at Fibrant and DSM Chemicals North America.

Kramer named VP of Engineering & Cloud Services at Revel Systems

Revel Systems, one of the premier point-of-sale and business solutions companies, has named Brad Kramer as its Vice President of Engineering & Cloud Operations.

Prior to this role, Brad led a host of diverse organizations, overseeing the implementation of a virtual private cloud in one role, and he has years of experience in platform automation, ideation, products definition and production support.

He also spent significant time with Amazon, serving as the global head of DevOps engineering for one of the largest Amazon Web Services services, before being named head of engineering with Alexa Video, where he led more than 80 individuals in building massive-scale service oriented platforms.

Morle named Director of Field Services at B&D Industrial

Announcements

B&D Industrial, one of the nation’s premier manufacturing distributors, has named Chris Morle as its Director of Field Services.

Chris worked his way from an EPG technician to a commercial service estimator before being named commercial service manager for Yancy Brothers, a construction equipment rental company based in Georgia.

In prior roles, he arranged service and maintenance for equipment and provided technical assistance to customers in the heavy construction space. He gained experience in the power systems space at Fining U.K. and Ireland as a control technician and warranty technician before being named a team leader for engine monitoring.
