Her extensive background as a development and growth officer, acquired through her roles at YR Media and Spelman College, showcases her expertise in bolstering fundraising endeavors and providing visionary leadership.

In her most recent role as executive director at Ernst & Young, Danielle led the Health and Human Services Practice, overseeing market strategy, business operations, and relationships with state and local government entities.

As General Manager for Eastern Metal Supply in the Missouri region, Keith managed a $200M P&L, overseeing multiple locations and implementing improvements in inventory management, logistics, and sales. Keith also successfully led the turnaround of Eastern Metal Supply in Bristol, IN.
