Holley, an accomplished and innovative leader with extensive experience leading multi-site manufacturing plants, has joined the Hyperion team. He brings experience as a strategist, skilled in transforming strategic plans into practical solutions that not only meet but exceed operational goals. Holley specializes in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and risk management.

In his role as Vice President of Operations Systems & Components, Steve will optimize Hyperion’s operational activities, enhancing efficiency and ensuring profitability for the organization. He will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional units to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, ultimately driving excellence and innovation.
